Job Title: HGV Class 1 Night Driver
Rate £16.95ph - £19ph | Curtain Sider | PAYE)
At Drivers Plus, we are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Night drivers with experience with Curtain Sider vehicles, who are willing to work based in the BD12 area. Start times will be between 16:00 – 18:00 on Nights. Shifts last around 12 hours.
What you’ll be doing:
· Competitive rate of £19ph on Nights.
· Curtain Sider Trunking
. On Nights, it’s 1 – 3 drops a shift.
· Trunking work, mainly distance runs.
· On nights there isn’t handball. You’re required to strap your load, and curtains are required.

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for experienced Class 1 Night Drivers who have experience with Curtain Siders. Our client requires drivers with a minimum of 2 years of experience who have actively used their license for the last 6 months. It’s essential you are a good communicator, reliable, and take pride in your work, prioritising timekeeping and health and safety.
· A valid CE License, CPC card and Driver card.
· No more than 6 points on your license.
· A reference from a previous employer to cover the last 2 years.
