HGV Class 1 Night Driver
Rate £16.95ph - £19ph |Curtain Sider work | PAYE)
Drivers Plus is currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 Night drivers with experience in driving Curtain Sider vehicles. You will be working out of Leeds, with Start times being around 16:00 – 19:00. Shifts last around 12 hours.
What you’ll be doing as an HGV Class 1 Night Driver:
. The company require drivers for Monday - Friday.
· You’ll be doing long-distance work.
. On average, you will be tipping and reloading once a shift. You’ll be delivering general haulage to pallet hubs.
· You’ll be driving a Curtain Sider vehicle. No handball is required; all FLT offloaded. Required to strap the load.

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 Night driver who has experience driving Curtain Sider vehicles. Our client requires drivers with a minimum of 2 Years of experience who have actively used their license for the last 6 months. It’s essential you are a good communicator, reliable, and take pride in your work, prioritising timekeeping and health and safety. For this role it can be a physically demanding job.
· A valid CE License, CPC card and Driver card.
· No more than 6 points on your license.
· A reference from a previous employer to cover the last 2 years.
