HGV Class 1 Container Driver
£15.61ph - £17.50ph |Curtain Sider | PAYE)
Drivers Plus is currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Day Driver with experience in driving Container vehicles. You will be working out of South Kirby (WF9) for our prestigious client. Start times will be at 06:00. Shifts last around 10 - 12 hours.
What you’ll be doing as a HGV Class 1 Container Driver:
. The company operate between Monday – Friday.
. Delivering around 2 - 3 deliveries a shift.
. Delivering to freightliner, Hull port or Iports and Ikea in Doncaster.
. No handball required.
Benefits of working with our client as an HGV Class 1 Container Driver:
· Rate of Pay is £17.50ph
. Holiday Pay included in the rate.
· Weekly pay.
· The option to be auto enrolled into our pension scheme after 12 weeks of work.
· Only PAYE applicants accepted. No LTD/ Umbrella.

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Day Driver who has experience driving a Container. Our client requires drivers with a minimum of 2 years of experience who have actively used their licence for the last 6 months. It’s essential you are a good communicator, reliable, and take pride in your work, prioritising timekeeping and health and safety.
· A valid CE Licence, CPC card and Driver card.
· No more than 6 points on your licence.
· A reference from a previous employer.
