Job Title: HGV Class 1 Day Driver
Rate £15.63ph - £17.50ph | Curtain Sider | PAYE)
At Drivers Plus, we are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Day Driver with experience with Curtain Sider vehicles, this role is Curtain sider trunking. The work is based in HD3. Start times are usually 06:00. With shifts lasting around 12 hours.
What you’ll be doing:
· Competitive rate of £17.50ph on Days.
· Curtain Sider trunking work with around 2 drops and a collection.
· General haulage deliveries.
· No handball required. You are required to strap your load and curtains.

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for experienced Class 1 Day Drivers who have experience with Curtain Sider experience. Our client requires drivers with a minimum of 2 years of experience who have actively used their license for the last 6 months. It’s essential you are a good communicator, reliable, and take pride in your work, prioritising timekeeping and health and safety.
· A valid CE License, CPC card and Driver card.
· No more than 6 points on your license.
· A reference from a previous employer to cover the last 2 years.
